Great stuff, Shelley. I still remember your quote to CBS back in the day about how the 7-Eleven boys didn't mind having a female soigneur:

"It was Title 9, no big deal. But when I went to Toshiba... whoa."

Or something like that. It's been a long time since that Tour...

Hey Sean! I want to take some time to show my special gratitude to you; you were my very first follower and I would like to say thank you. Your photo is like the first dollar made in a heartfelt business. My having been involved in cycling during the era I worked was a golden honour and a priviledge. I walked around those starts and finishes in a Hall Of Kings. Owen Mullholland has wanted to write a book about me for 15 years and I have not been ready til now. Always putting my rider's privacy and the decorum I live by first.Sean, my little blog doesn't even have my profile or my pictures yet! I only had 1 or 2 posts up and you found me! My boyfriend Adam was my inspiration....I type with 2 fingers and don't know how to scan yet!!!I want to answer questions and help all the cyclists out there with the deep knowledge that I have. If I had a team of typists this blog would be gigantic already!I am working on it....I have moral and the willingness to learn. Sean, Thank you and Happy Holidays! You mentioned the CBS quote....man, I am after some TV footage, do you have connections here and in Europe? love, Shelley Vs.
